ORDERING INFORMATION / POLICIES PLACE ORDERS AND PAY ON LINE Kidfrolic, Inc.'s website is open for business 24 hours a day and designed to make it easy for you to purchase the special product you want. When you order and pay online, our system starts working to ensure rapid delivery. PAYMENT OPTIONS At Kidfrolic.com we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. We also accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. Unfortunately, we cannot accept mail-in orders, checks, money orders, cash or CODs. SALES TAX Tax will be applied to all orders delivered to any address in Illinois. We will apply tax to shipping as required by individual states. ORDER QUESTIONS & CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS If you have recently placed an order and need some information about it or would like to change it in some way, you can call or email us by visiting the contact us link in the toolbar. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, modifications or cancellations may not always be possible. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS In the rare case that an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of the expected date of arrival. SHIPPING & HANDLING Delivery charges are based on either the weight of your order or the zone where the item is to be shipped as shown below: Standard Shipping/Handling (via US Postal Service) Within Continental U.S.A Merchandise:  Qty 1 Kidfrolic™ Crafting Kit Standard Shipping and Handling:  $6.50 Minimum Add $3.00 for each additional kit shipped to the same address at the same time. Expedited shipments (1 and 2 day air) are not available at this time. If ordering 5 or more Kidfrolic™ Crafting Kits to the same address at one time, please contact us for discounted shipping/handling charges. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS If you are a customer living outside the United States and would like to place an order for delivery within the United States, you may place your order online using your credit card. We are currently unable to ship Kidfrolic™ Crafting Kit to all countries. Please contact us to see if shipping is available to your country and to obtain shipping/handling charges as well as expected delivery time. Once received, orders can take up to three business days to be processed and this is in addition to the estimated shipping time. For standard shipping, most items are shipped to arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Sometimes, items ordered together are shipped separately; however, no additional shipping charges will be applied. Shipments to more than one address incur the charges indicated above for each address. REFUNDS Kidfrolic, Inc. online purchases may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be unopened, unused and returned with the original invoice. A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. This also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase. Shipping/Handling costs are non-refundable. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE RETURNS Damaged and/or defective items are non-refundable and may be returned for exchange only. Damaged merchandise is limited to items that have been damaged in shipping. Customers that receive items that are damaged or defective must notify Kidfrolic, Inc. immediately. Save all packaging material, paperwork and original container that item(s) was shipped in. Do not throw anything away. RETURNING MERCHANDISE Customer must notify Kidfrolic, Inc. and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before attempting to return merchandise for any reason. Failure to obtain an RMA # will result in delays and may jeopardize your chance of receiving a refund or replacement product. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by Kidfrolic, Inc. to Customer, at Kidfrolic, Inc.'s expense. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please return items via US Postal Service certified mail to ensure quick action on your return.
